Dr. Caldwell began practicing in East Liverpool in 1998. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, served his residency in general dentistry at Forum Dental Health System in Youngstown, OH. He holds National and Northeastern Board certification.
Dr. Caldwell is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, Corydon Palmer Dental Society and numerous other local and national professional organizations. He is also an active member of the dental department of East Liverpool City Hospital.

Denise graduated from the Ohio Valley Business College in 1998 with an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting. She holds a current dental Radiographer License from the Ohio State Dental Board and has been with Dr. Caldwell since August 1998.
Sarah Graduated from YSU with an Associate's of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Allied Health. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making them feel comfortable. Her husband believes she is the "Best Dental Hygienist in the World."
Erin Graduated from Wellsville High School in 2006. then went to the JCC and graduated from there in 2007 with an Assisting Certificate and finished with an Associate's Degree in 2008. She has been working with Dr. Caldwell since August of 2008.
Sherri Graduated from Oak Glen High School and received an Associate's Degree from the Ohio Valley Business College for Dental Assistant. She then attended the Jefferson Community College for Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She has 13 years experience and holds both Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certifications.
Liz Graduated from Youngstown State University as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2008. She loves her profession! Liz finds great satisfaction in helping patients obtain a healthy mouth and teaching them about proper oral hygiene care. She believes so much in dental hygiene that she had her dog, Tinkerbell's teeth cleaned at the vets office.
